Important Update on Our Store and Online Operations
Thank you for your continued support.
Our San Francisco store closed its doors on October 31, 2025, after nearly six wonderful years in the city. We are deeply grateful to everyone who visited, connected with us, and supported our journey since our opening in November 2019.
As we prepare for the next chapter, we are excited to be relocating to New York, where our new store is scheduled to open in Spring 2026.
As previously announced, our online store entered a temporary pause at the end of November. During this suspension period, order processing and shipping services are halted as we transition our system for the upcoming reopening. In connection with this pause, our return policy has also been updated. We encourage you to review the latest guidelines before making any inquiries.
